Develop A Strategic Internet Business Model – Five Fundamental Building Blocks

0

We know that the building of any business is going to take time and effort. Throughout this building time find something outside yourself, such as an exercise program, an inexpensive hobby that will give you some fun so you can pull yourself through those sticking points.

Block 1: Set goals and adopt a ready position where you move forward fast and prevent getting caught making it perfect. Get it going and then go back and perfect it. At first you will need to learn all skills required to get the job done. While learning these skills, find those you enjoy most! When time permits take on the jobs you enjoy most and make them yours, and out sources everything else when possible.

Block 2: When you have chosen your product the most important ingredient to market any product is the hook that captures the client’s interests, the inherent perceived value of the product in the client’s mind and heart. The product marketing process requires the development of a landing page where your visitors can opt-in and provide you with their name and e-mail address. Statistics have shown that it may take seven times seeing your marketing in different formats before they will trust you enough to buy.

Block 3: Capturing the client’s name and e-mail address requires in an auto-responder. After a client submits their information you can setup a follow-up marketing campaigns to deliver subscribers informative e-mails to automatically to close the sale. With an auto-responder and developed e-mail messages you can create a trust building process through videos, sales letters and webinars. The sales message needs to communicate: Who you are? What product are you marketing? Why the product benefits the clients needs? And how can the client obtain the product? Providing proof of the product’s benefits with sales advertising that is honest, truthful and guarantees the value of the product is extremely important. Prior to this you have determined that your product had value for your client, so focus the marketing on the benefits the product gives the customer.

Block 4: Strategically target your marketing to: their likes & dislikes, knowing what makes them happy or angry, and what keeps them up at night. Knowing the target market allows you to find where they congregate. “The internet is powerful because everyone congregates together based on similar beliefs, values and interests” by Russell Bronson. Knowing this powerful information provides you the opportunity with the next step.

Block 5: This next step is getting your ads in front of you targeted market. The fun becomes marketing products that sell, finding where the clients are, and putting the ads in front of those clients.

So in summary, selling your product requires:

First, prepare by setting goals and a ready position in a format of taking affirmative action with plans to come back later and perfect the details.

Secondly, develop a landing page where you will collect many visitors’ names and e-mail addresses. Then it requires adopting the appropriate attitude of getting it done. The landing page is a reasonably easy task and can be inexpensively outsourced. But you will need to provide the materials for the landing page and then get the page on to the Internet. It requires a domain name, a web-hosting site, and an auto-responder that retrieves the client’s information.

Thirdly, an auto-responder allows you to collect customer’s emails and name so that you can send campaigns of other products and services. In the follow-up campaigns e-mail messages you can create a trust building process through videos, sales letters and webinars. Follow-up marketing campaigns often called a sales page can answer the following questions: Who am I? What do I have? Why should my visitors want it? And how can they get it?

Fourth, make sure your product’s claims are true! Also create a follow-up system with a list of testimonials to show them further proof because you have strategically marketed to your congregates likes, values and interests.

Fifth, be informed about marketing your product to your customer and strategically targeting your marketing ads.

Internet Marketing Tips – Sell Your System Or Just Use It Yourself?

0

This is a question that comes up quite often so I thought I would address it with this article. If you have a money making system, should you sell it or just use it yourself? As a matter of fact, this question just came up the other day at the Warrior Forum. So, I thought an article on this subject was in order. This is my professional opinion based on almost seven years of being in the trenches.

Many people are under the delusion that when they think of something they are the only one smart enough to think of it. Hey, we all fall into that trap. Even I have been guilty of this in my early days as a product creator. And then suddenly, somebody else comes out with the same idea and your unique system is not only not so unique anymore, but it’s been sold all over the Internet. That is the reality of the world we live in. There are a lot of smart people out there. Eventually, YOUR system will be known by many.

So, the question becomes, do you sit on the system and milk it for everything you can while you can OR do you immediately turn around and sell it to everybody who will buy it? And trust me, if it’s a good system, you will have MANY buyers. Well, the best way to make this decision is to do some calculations. Naturally, these calculations are just projections and may be off, but you have to start somewhere.

If you DON’T sell the system and just use it yourself, how much do you expect to make with it monthly and for how long until the system itself becomes widely known? Then, once it DOES become widely known, how much will it cut into your monthly income? Then, figure out how much you can make with the system if you just sold it right away. Naturally, you can keep using it, but more likely than not, selling it will cut into your profits.

After you have calculated both scenarios, you compare the two projections. I’d try to project for about a year. In my experience, that’s about the life span of a system anyway. If you want to go just by the numbers, you use whatever projection will give you more money in that year. So, if selling the system actually nets you more income, then sell it. However, if using it produces a greater income for that year, use it and don’t sell it.

What if the projections are about the same either way? In that case, go with what’s more important to you. For some people, it’s the fame that comes with selling a great system. I mean what good is using it if nobody knows about it? For others, it’s purely about knowing something that nobody else knows. It’s a feeling of power. Unfortunately, that feeling goes away after others discover it, whereas if you are the first one to sell it, that feeling NEVER goes away.

But make no mistake about it. Eventually, your system WILL be discovered. So every single day that you sit on it is another day that another marketer may discover it and THEN…sell it as his own.

Think about that before you decide to hang onto something that may not be so secret a few months down the road.

To YOUR Success,

5 Signs Online Marketing Is The New Public Relations

0

In the recent recession, many public relations agencies had a hard time. Many companies focused their marketing budgets on measurable, online channels – and some ditched traditional PR altogether.

So why did the PR world have such a problem? Was it because online marketing is cheaper? Or measurable? Or simply because it has begun to come of age?

As an online copywriter, I’ve benefited from projects that would once have been given to a PR agency. I’ve written optimised press releases that can be published online and still circulated traditionally. I’ve written news stories that would once have been part of a printed corporate newsletter. And I’ve written online white papers that would once have been proudly circulated as hard copy reports.

I also work closely with online marketing agencies that are benefiting from investment in SEO and PPC campaigns – money that would previously have funded traditional advertising campaigns. For them, business is booming.

This step change has made me wonder why there’s a drift – and in some cases, stampede – away from traditional PR to online services like SEO copywriting. The five main reasons I’ve identified are these:

It’s difficult to measure the effect of traditional PR. Clients are fed up with not knowing exactly what their money is buying them. Where it’s hard to quantify the ROI on a traditional public relations campaign, online marketing is instantly measurable – and can be refined to give you more targeted returns on your investment.
Traditional PR isn’t easily adaptable to the online environment. Take press releases. If you buy a press release from a traditional agency, and then you want to put it online, you will probably need to get it optimised. A release written by an online copywriter is optimised from the outset, and can also be sent out to offline media.
It costs a lot to reach even a small audience with traditional PR. A PR agency can reach only a limited audience using traditional media. Online marketing opens up a global market – and it’s accessible by individuals as much as it is by organisations.
In the online world, it’s talent and knowledge – not contacts – that win results. To get an effective online marketing campaign off the ground, you don’t need a little black book stuffed with the phone numbers of minor celebrities. PR firms are no longer the gatekeepers to good publicity.
Business is more interested in results than in reflected glory. If the expensive photo opportunity doesn’t bring in as much business as a targeted SEO campaign, then businesses will opt for the latter.

And, in that last point, is the rub. Thanks to the recession, businesses have got better at distinguishing between effectiveness and luxury – and many traditional PR techniques fall into the last category. The PR agencies that survive will the ones that started to embrace the new world a while back – the others will face expert competition on too many fronts. I, for one, think that has to be a good thing.

Ways To Earn Money Online That Will Guarantee Your Failure – 7 Proven Ways To Fail On The Internet

0

With the economic crisis we are all facing these days, a growing number of people are trying to find ways to earn money online outside of their regular 9 to 5 job. This is really a very smart way to earn additional income or to completely change your life through internet marketing, but most of the time beginners don’t get successful on the internet marketing arena.

There is a very simple reason behind this: Terrible mistakes are done in the early stages of their online marketing career. Let me tell you some of the most common errors beginners got into and how you can avoid them. Pay close attention because this can be the difference between your success or your failure.

It is known that thousands of people are actually generating huge amount of income through engaging in different ways to earn money online, and I am one of them. Nevertheless, the truth is that most of the inexperienced ones never really get to earn money online.

This reality is caused by the many mistakes almost all newbie’s commit whenever they start their online marketing ventures. In fact, I made a lot of them which really paved a painful and very expensive experience for me before I became successful in my online endeavor.

Let me give you a brief background of several mistakes I made so you can refrain from doing them.

1. Going for ways to earn money online which don’t work at all.

You will be lured in with so many offers to earn profit by simply answering surveys online or filling in questionnaires. Stay away from this. These methods will never give you the earnings you so desire but rather grant more income to the people promoting them.

2. Sub-domain Programs.

Another method you should stay away from is building a website on a particular program’s domain to generate leads or customers for their own benefit. This program is what you call MLM or Multi-Level Marketing. If I were you, run away from this type of offers and save time, effort and usually money.

3. Joining ‘Shop to Earn’ programs.

One of the many ways to earn money online, for the promoting company of course, include ‘Shop to Earn’ programs. This is another common scam you should avoid.

Shop to Earn programs work by generating income through your personal shopping as well as your friends. They deceive people by claiming that there are no sales involved but in truth you’ll be required to come up with about $400 to just to get started.

4. Engaging yourself with systems involving CPA, PPC or PPV.

CPA works by generating leads for a certain vendor and getting paid for it. Actually, you can earn a lot of money through this method but this is really not suited for newbie’s.

Other ways to earn money online are through PPC and PPV wherein you’ll be paid by getting referrals that will click and view ads online. These methods are not recommended, at least for the first twelve months.

5. Finding a great system or method and not following it consistently.

A lot of people I know were so fortunate to actually come upon really great ways to earn money online but never worked hard to make the system work for them. Like any other job, it takes patience, persistence and hard work until you start earning profit. The wait is really worth it, trust me.

6. Earn money through systems presented on Infomercials.

The truth is 99% of these infomercials telling you ways to earn money online don’t work at all. I’d rather watch something of more value on my television instead of spending time viewing these unreliable infomercials.

7. Get information overload.

Don’t get overloaded with information. Many times, novices allow themselves to be overwhelmed with information.

This is the one of the most common mistakes people make leading them to internet marketing failure. Focus on just one system and don’t pay much attention to hundreds of methods you will come across to.
A LOT OF MONEY can be made on the internet; it’s not hard once you know how things work. Obviously, you’ll need a sound PROGRAM to follow.

Bringing Return Clickers To Your Internet Marketing Site

0

My latest job title is Newbie! I decided a month ago to get into some Internet Marketing to take some of the free time off of my hands. This Newbie doesn’t hold a candle to a lot of the younger aggressive folks out there. They are amazing in their knowledge, drive and breadth of understanding. It is going to take a while for me to get anywhere close to the good ones.

In the last month, I have identified some niche markets, keywords and have a few basic web sites up and running. Per the purchased training package, I have been faithful about writing articles (still got a lot to learn there, also) to get my keywords up on the first three pages and start playing with the structure of the sites to see what works best.

While playing with the structure of one of my sites, something struck me that was directly opposed to my thirty plus years in business. It is very important to get new customers through the door (top three pages of the search engines) but it is as important, if not more so, to provide a value added service that will bring them back to your site a second, third and fourth time.

Even if the search engine standing degrades to the fourth page, you could have return clickers coming back to your site because of value your site offers. Now the question is, what kind of value can be provided on a site purposely designed to be very lean and mean and lure the all valuable click.

After the adrenalin rush from this epiphany subsided (they don’t last long at my age), I set to work in an effort to bring return clickers to one of my sites. The goal was to save the clicker a lot of time in their evaluation and selection process. Saving people time has value.

Every year on April 14th, when frantically evaluating which TurboTax TM package is needed, I go to the matrix on the back of the packaging. The matrix lists all of the important selection criteria for tax preparation and then check marks associated with each of their products meeting those criteria. Sounds like a pretty standard matrix, but it takes about two minutes to read through it and you know exactly which of their tax packages you need. That matrix saves me a lot of valuable time during the last tax hours on April 14th.

One of my niche sites sells three name brand products with several products in each product line, varying in looks, price and capability. I modified each of the product pages to include a matrix that lists the following:

1. Trade Mark name of the item.

2. Small picture of the item.

3. Expected price.

4. Boxes marked with an “X” if the item meets several predetermined selection criteria.

All of the products in the line are listed in order of price (lowest to highest). The intent is for the customer to come to the site, review quickly the different product lines, individual products within the lines according to price and capability, and make a selection. The second part of the intent, is that they were so impressed with the time saved, they will come back a second, third and fourth time.

The key is the research associated with the selection criteria. More on that to follow
Don’t miss the next segment on this subject. It will describe how to research and determine the selection criteria for your products or services.

Marketing Plan – The Importance Of One For The Online Marketer

0

A person hears “marketing plan” and assumes that this strategy just applies to big business. Not true. Just what is the importance of a marketing plan? For someone just beginning their online business this can be a huge help. You aren’t dealing with shareholders or a company’s board of directors, but still, having a marketing plan can save your hours of work later on.

Having any type of a plan is one way to ensure that your business will work successfully. Writing out what you plan to do, how you plan to do it, and when it all needs done is one of the best ways to keep on track. Marketing plans are done in numerous ways. You can spend the extra money and get the software, then just enter your information. Or you can go a cheaper way and just create your own! There have been marketing plans written out on paper napkins that have achieved their purpose. First you will need to figure out a few things.
What exactly is your business? Information? Networking? Affiliates? Selling Products?
Take time to write out what you do.
If you have any products or services write out what they are intended for also.
Describe your competition and how you differentiate yourself from them.
List your prices and how you plan to advertise this information.
Also list all websites that you have.
Now, figure out your target market. Describe this market as specific as you can. Who? – female – teens. Get a feel for who you will be dealing with so you can then gear your web presence and advertising to them. Be as detailed as you can be because this will help you to find them. You will use this information to search out sites and forums where your target market visits. How will your target market find you? Online? Again, how are you going to advertise? Article Marketing? Pay-per-click? Social Media? Don’t go into massive detail, but begin a list of what is familiar to you to start with.

Now, include your budget. Time to decide how much money you will be spending on different parts of this plan. This is a crucial part as each topic listed above will be impacted on how much you are willing to spend. Also, remember to take into account the time involved. If you need to be money conscience, you may choose to start with article marketing, which is relatively low in cost, but high in time; then move on to pay-per-click as your funds increase.

Include as much overall detail as you can, but please do not get so bogged down on the marketing plan that you neglect to implement it! Leave plenty of room for growth and for change. Realize that some strategies that you choose may take some time before results are known. Plan for this, so you won’t be giving up on something to early. While doing this, figure out what you can do, what you will need to learn to do, and what you just can’t do. Remember to budget for educational resources and the time frame to learn.

Putting this on paper will go along way in helping you to gain success. If you do not have a goal, it is harder to achieve one.

Best 9 Tips – Learn To Purchase Carefully And Earn Online

0

There are enough individuals amongst us who have failed to earn in their own attempts at online ventures. In fact, too many of them will tell you that they cannot provide enough income to leave their day job. The statistics from several authorities prove this. Yet the net has delivered the greatest portion of millionaires and high income earners to our planet!

If you have put in the correct time and effort, the obvious question is why are you not getting the results that were advertised or earning the money that you anticipated? Did you discover that real life was not like the commercial you fell for and purchased? Do not be one of them!

To get the results you cannot have gaps in your knowledge, particularly when you are trying to bring the online market with its millions of buyers to you! The formula is: Know How = Money!

There is no doubt at all that the worldwide internet provides the greatest opportunities for wealth creation and residual (passive) income… earn while you are asleep! It also provides a sure place for the average Joe, like you and me, to fail.

If the product offerings on the web trained you thoroughly, then why are you not succeeding to earn online? The obvious question that you should ask yourself is about the product information that you purchased and its reliability. Did it provide you with ALL the details that you needed to make a success of your online venture?

The result you do not want is to have a poor stream of income or none at all.

If you are looking to purchase the best training or any other product or service to earn online then these would be my best tips for you right now. Try these tips yourself on the link at the end of this article.

1. Do not only look at and decide to go with any purchase online based purely on the advertised earnings.

2. Do you get an iron clad 60 day guarantee? If you do not, do not buy it. Use this guarantee to claim your refund if you cannot understand or work easily with what you ordered.

3. What type of training is offered? Is there an upfront real-time sampler video that will actually provide you with a true peek at the training and HOW to work the product? Do not buy it if this is withheld before you must pay.

4. Does the item you wish to purchase offer you a direct contact line to a real person or trainer that you can actually speak to, or is it supported only by email contact? Think carefully here.

5. Does this potential purchase provide you with every single way about how to use the product or service on the web to multiply your income? Here is the catch, many do not! Most, usually mention a few methods, however, they do not show you in depth how to really apply these methods fully to create multiple income streams to keep your money flowing.

6. After your payment is complete most programs will give you access. Great! However, you are left very alone to attempt your specific choice of marketing without the exact details of HOW to do it correctly. Not everyone is a guru and to assume that you will manage, is the first mistake they make… and so do you. You both lose sales by the dozen because of this.

7. Find out what you will need to spend additionally on other services to successfully accomplish your earnings with the product e.g. buy a website or another software program to make this work. In other words, understand that what your total spend will be to succeed with your online marketing.

8. Do not assume that you can pull it off alone without training. Most average newbies do not understand the technical words and practices used in the online game and its many methodologies. As simple as these applications are once you understand them, they can be very challenging and baffling for a newcomer.

9. Find a real online learning program as I have, one that can give you ALL the secrets that insiders do not pass on. It does not matter what your business type is or how little you know. This type of learn-to-earn material works like a bomb. It is enormously comprehensive and helpful…. the full A to Z! It covers everything that you need to know for real fast. Internet Marketing Challenges

0

Internet marketing is a business concept that requires one’s clientele to utilize modern technology in order to surpass the limitations of traditional marketing. This ever changing and excessively advanced technology requires not only a natural flair for marketing but some technical skills as well. Many large online marketers tend to assemble extremely complicated sites. Therefore one of the main limitations of internet marketing is that prospective customers find it complicated to access some sites. The complications maybe in the form of error messages popping up when trying to access a link or the website may consist of bugs that affect the general marketing campaign.

Although internet marketing consists of a few drawbacks with comparison to traditional marketing, such as, the inability to touch, smell, and taste or try on the product before purchase, internet market does however ensure some protection for the buyers by offering them return policy on certain items. Internet marketing is diversified. For example it not only serves its customers by providing information but also consists of services. Promos and various other ad-ons are included in order to stand out from other competitors.

It is not incorrect though that internet marketing can provide a broad venue for market research and analysis. Gathering information and data are after all is much easier to do online in comparison with attempting it on a traditional market platform. All the technicalities can even be outsourced with almost no effort at all as well. So the real limitation or challenge is posed on whether the company is really willing to launch an internet marketing program the correct way. A haphazardly constructed site will only generate complains; not profits.

Though internet marketing has been immensely successful for many marketers worldwide, there is a great responsibility that the people managing it have to endure. So make sure that you take on the responsibility of providing a consistent site for your prospective customers. Convenience is an important factor in marketing and if implemented properly, it can indeed ensure success.

From a buyer’s perspective, many people want to not only see but ‘try on’ or ‘touch’ whatever they wish to purchase before doing so. This creates a sense of security for most. Therefore internet marketing can pose a challenge in this area. Though admittedly all good professional sites, reassure customers with liberal policies and pick up or delivery services.

A recent online survey showed that there are a lot of ‘barriers of entry’ for large scale companies wishing to market online. This is because the larger your company is, the harder it is to measure the internal capability of the establishment. This might lead to shoddy work if the technicalities are not outsourced and paid for. This inturn will reduce traffic and therefore minimize sales within your establishment. It is also very difficult to convince senior members of the business to take a shot at internet marketing due to their limited knowledge of modern technology.

Admittedly internet marketing does have its limitations; but then again, so does any form of marketing in general. Working out ways of surviving and surpassing all limitations is what marketing is all about, may it be online or in your town. So make sure to not do a shoddy job just because you are marketing online. Do sufficient research of your prospective customers and experiment with the most suitable method of action for your business.
